Successful Project Management Workshop Overview
This project management workshop has been designed for Project Managers, aspiring Project Managers, Managers, Systems Analysts and Line staff who want to better understand the management of projects.
The content and structure of the project management workshop will enable the participants to apply the techniques in their own environment.
The project management workshop will also give the participants an understanding of the range of functions incorporated in project management from the "mechanics" of planning, controlling and reporting to the principles of change management, and the building blocks of team building.
The project management workshop helps the participant become more politically aware and focuses on project management in the "big picture of the organisation".
The participants will have tools to implement, to ensure their project management is effective, maximising the return on investment. Each participant will receive a CD containing project management standards, templates and other helpful items.
